How quickly can you actually get to my home?
Most service calls in our coverage area are completed the same day they're booked. For true emergencies — no heat in winter, no cooling during a heat advisory — we run 24/7 dispatch and aim to be on-site within 2 to 4 hours.
Do you charge for estimates?
In-home estimates for new equipment installation are always free. For diagnostic visits on existing systems, we charge a small service fee that's fully credited toward the repair if you choose to proceed.
What brands and systems do you service?
All of them. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, Daikin, Mitsubishi, York, American Standard, Heil — gas, electric, heat pump, mini-split, and packaged rooftop units. If it heats or cools, we work on it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed in California, bonded, and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Documentation available on request before any work begins.
Can you handle commercial properties?
We specialize in light commercial — small offices, retail, restaurants, and similar properties. For very large industrial systems we'll be honest and refer you to a partner who specializes in that scale.
Do you offer financing on new installations?
Yes. Financing options are available for qualifying new system installations, with terms that range from no-interest short-term plans to extended payment programs. We'll walk through the options during your estimate.
